In accordance with art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to return the items purchased without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be intact and packed in the original packaging. The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify DPISrl by registered letter with return receipt, reporting the references of the order and of the product to be returned. Upon receipt of the communication, DPI will initiate the return procedure at the customer’s expense at its own expense. If you withdraw after the deadline of 14 calendar days, or if you purchase as a “professional” (VAT), the price of the item will be refunded, but not the transport costs.
