Free carriage for orders over 250 euros (excluding VAT). Otherwise, transport costs of 7 euros + VAT will be charged, except for the ISLANDS (10 euros + VAT). Payment with Paypal. DPI is not responsible for any delays and/or non-deliveries caused by incomplete addresses provided during the order. In any case, it will not be responsible for any delays in delivery due to the courier.

Payment of invoices

Invoice payments must be made exclusively to: DPISrl Via di Cervara 42 00155 Rome VAT number 04476541000. In case of delayed payment, DPISrl will be entitled to interest as per Legislative Decree 231/2002.

Complaints

Any complaints regarding the quantity, quality and type of goods supplied must be communicated to DPISrl in writing, by sending an email to dpi@dpisekur.com.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with art. 52 of the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to return the items purchased without specifying the reason, within 14 days from the delivery date. The product must be intact and packed in the original packaging. The customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify DPISrl by registered letter with return receipt, reporting the references of the order and of the product to be returned. Upon receipt of the communication, DPI will initiate the return procedure at the customer’s expense at its own expense. If you withdraw after the deadline of 14 calendar days, or if you purchase as a “professional” (VAT number), the price of the item will be refunded, but not the transport costs. The selling company will make the refund within 14 days of receipt of the registered letter but only after receiving the goods, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction.

Responsibility

No responsibility can be attributed to DPISrl for any reason in case of improper use of the goods supplied. No compensation can therefore be requested.

Tolerances

We mean those of use both on finished products and on the individual elements that constitute them.

Jurisdiction

The Court of Rome is competent for any controversy. DPISrl reserves the right to vary prices, items and conditions of sale at any time.
